About the event

The journey began the moment guests stepped into VENUE81, located on Drottninggatan in central Stockholm. They were greeted by a warm and lively Italian piazza, where Mediterranean tones, rustic flavors, and Aperol set the tone for the evening. From there, they were swept into a vibrant carnival filled with rhythm and color, where tropical-inspired food and sparkling cocktails awakened both the palate and the senses.

Just when it seemed the experience had peaked, a new surprise awaited: a wild western world, complete with saloon vibes, smoky flavors, and bartenders in cowboy hats. And for the curious, a final destination lay hidden behind a bookshelf – our secret bar, offering a darker, more luxurious atmosphere with a rebellious twist.

The evening brought together around 270 guests – clients, partners, and friends – and featured a packed program of tasting stations, themed drinks, a digital prize wheel, photo-ready environments, and countless memorable conversations and moments.

Our goal for the evening wasn’t just to thank our guests, but to inspire them. By showcasing creative ways to work with themes, menus, and complete event experiences, we aimed to highlight the full range of what we can create – no matter the occasion.
