Our catering has gilded many wedding parties and with great care we produce dishes that are both satisfying and visually beautiful.
Food is incredibly important for a successful wedding, where together we prepare and create your dream menu. Sustainable, organic, vegan and vegetarian is something we work a lot with in general, with foods and produce according to the current season. Today, “sharing food” is also becoming an increasingly common concept, where with, for example, a family style buffet, you can create an intimate atmosphere over dinner. The wedding cake is classic but not sacred and it is becoming increasingly common to replace it with a dessert table with mixed compote for all tastes. Our serving concept Food-on-the-Wall is an example of a nice way to serve “dessert”, which does not follow traditions and rules.
