When ICA Maxi Solna turned 20, it called for a celebration to remember. With over 90 employees invited, the team pulled out all the stops for a high-energy summer party inspired by the iconic glamour of Studio 54.
Hosted at VENUE81 in central Stockholm, the evening was a tribute to two decades of success – and a chance to look forward with joy, glitter, and dancing shoes.

About the event
The event kicked off with drinks and live entertainment in the bistro area, where disco lights and mirrored details set the mood for a sparkling night ahead. Guests enjoyed a seated dinner followed by speeches, awards, and performances.
From a surprise vocal performance and a playful “Challenge a Store Manager” moment, to a music quiz that had everyone engaged, the evening was carefully planned to keep energy high and guests entertained throughout.
Once the DJ took over after the dinner, the party truly came alive – transforming VENUE81 into a Studio 54-inspired disco where dancing was non-stop until late into the night.
With a vibrant lighting design, shimmering décor and a packed program, the venue became the perfect setting for this joyful milestone – a night that celebrated both history and togetherness in true ICA style.
