When one of the Nordic region’s leading business law firms invites 300 employees to a summer celebration, expectations are naturally high — and we made sure that no weather could dampen the spirit.
At short notice, the event was moved from Kungliga Borgen to VENUE81 in central Stockholm. The challenge? To recreate the feeling of a vibrant outdoor summer party — indoors. Our solution: a richly layered, well-designed décor that brought guests straight into a world of greenery, string lights, and an easy-going summer vibe.

About the event
We built a central buffet station and complemented it with our signature Food on The Wall experience — an interactive and creative way to serve food that surprised and delighted guests. It helped create a natural flow throughout the venue, avoiding queues while making food an integral part of the overall experience.
To enhance the lively summer mood, the evening was filled with playful energy. A DJ set the tone with a feel-good mix that carried through the night, while guests could challenge each other in lawn-style games or capture the moment at the photo booth.
With atmospheric lighting, parasols, lounge seating, and detailed styling throughout, VENUE81 was transformed into a vibrant summer oasis in the heart of the city. The result? An evening of laughter, music, shared moments, and the unmistakable feeling of summer just beginning — even if the party had to move indoors.
