About the event

Before guests even entered the venue, they were welcomed by a live art performance, where a graffiti mural was created throughout the event.

Once inside, guests stepped into an urban city environment filled with concrete, streets, city noise, and neon lights. Here, we built three different food stations around construction scaffolding, all styled with a metropolitan theme in both décor and service. Guests could enjoy bagels from New York, tacos from Buenos Aires, and flatbreads from Milan.

On a giant wall, desserts were served in soda cans — one of the event’s gastronomic novelties — featuring NYC cheesecake with strawberries.

The space also included an AI-powered photo booth generating city-inspired photos, a bar serving creative city-themed cocktails, a popular silent disco room, and restrooms cleverly disguised as an underground station.

Through a portal, guests could then move into the Zen Room, an oasis of calm. Here they were greeted by the soothing sounds of water, cherry blossom trees, a wishing well, a water fountain, and beautiful flowing fabrics across the ceiling.

A circular pop-up bar served inspired cocktails, while a live station presented Yellowtail, filleted on-site and served in several different preparations. Guests also discovered another magical dessert wall, this time filled with jars of yuzu tiramisu.

The evening featured entertainment throughout, including a street performer delivering singing and tap dancing followed by a mini flash mob, an aerial hoop acrobat in the Zen Room, and servers dressed as cherry blossom trees moving gracefully on stilts.
